I followed Maddy into the food hall, rubbing my arm that felt completely bruised from being pinned down by Letch and still in our gym wear because both of us were hungry and didn’t give a shit. I had finally had my chance of a one on one with him and it was something I wished never to experience again. I was almost certain he had purposely swiped his fingers between my legs because every time he apologised, he would have a warped grin on his face like he would gladly do it again. And he did. Multiple times.

The only good thing about the last two lessons that we had was the first weaponry class. Learning about how to dismantle and reassemble a gun was rather therapeutic. That was until one student, Olly I think his name was, forgot to put the safety on once he had finished and shot himself in the foot.

I walked a few steps behind Maddy, grabbing a bowl of pasta salad from the counter and a bottle of water. We made our way to our usual spot, sitting between the three boys that were already occupying some of the seats.

“Where’s Tommy?” Maddy asked as she opened her can of drink.

“Someone decided to make another surprise visit.” Archie grinned like Tommy’s unfortunate visitor amused him somewhat. Assuming it was Sindy, fire burned in my stomach, and I didn’t like this new feeling of jealousy that kept creeping up on me at times.

I adjusted myself in the plastic chair, wincing at the pain in my left bum cheek from being repeatedly dropped on it.

“What’s wrong with you?”

“Letch.” Was all I said, and Callum actually gave me a look of understanding.

“Your turn, was it?” Felix asked through his mouth full of sausage.

I nodded but Maddy gave a verbal response. “He had her on the floor several times. I thought he was using the karma sutra for inspiration at one point.”

I grimaced at the reminder and Archie snorted out a laugh.

“Ooh, that’s rough.” Felix gave me the same sympathetic look as Callum.

“I think it was the one where you were upside down and your ankles were wrapped around his neck that really made me question what the fuck you were both doing.”

I scowled at her. “I was trying and failing to snap his neck.”

“I think he would have died happily after all the other positions he had you in. May have to try some of them with Jullian.”

Callum shot his sister a look of disgust, making me chuckle.

“If it was my usual partner, it wouldn’t have been so bad.”

Felix raised a brow and the side of his mouth tilted up. “Oh really?”

“Yeh, at least Tommy has no interest in touching certain places like Letch does…” Although I wasn’t sure I would stop him if he did.

My stomach fluttered, obviously excited by the thought and I mentally cursed it for betraying my hatred for him.

“What are you two doing tonight anyway?” Felix asked and Maddy shrugged, taking a bite from her own salad.
